Shipping & Delivery

Here you can find all important information about shipping, delivery times and tracking for your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50.

Shipping costs for other countries will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is currently 2–8 business days.

We do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, such as periods of high order volume or delays caused by the shipping carrier, delivery may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

You can use the tracking information provided in the email to check the current status of your shipment.

International Shipping

Naqfa also ships to selected countries outside Germany.

Available shipping destinations and the applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country, unless these charges are already included at checkout.

Customs & Import Costs

You will not incur any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery of your order.

Any applicable import costs are handled as part of the shipping process. The total price shown at checkout is therefore the price you pay.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naqfa.de.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can still be changed.
