Returns & Exchanges
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must be in a resalable condition, unworn and undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Size Exchange
If your piece does not fit, you can exchange it for another available size within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cover the shipping cost of your new size.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
Please check your order after receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item.
In these cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Regardless of our voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
We will generally use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds Under Our Voluntary Return Policy
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
