Returns

30-day returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw before returning your order, for example by emailing info@naqfa.de and including your order number. Simply sending an order back without an accompanying statement does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

Size Exchange

Not the right size? No problem! You can exchange your piece for another available size within 30 days.

Contact us at info@naqfa.de with your order number and preferred size. We'll guide you through the next steps.

We'll cover the shipping cost of your new size.
